Dual Pinion-EPS

--- ​Deco started to develop dual pinion electric power steering in 2018. We already have several model of dual pinion EPS.
--- Capacity: ~10+ kN rack load.
--- Typical vehicle applications: C and D class car
--- We design and produce according to the requirements of different vehicles for car makers.
--- We reverse design EPS of current car models for aftermarket customer with all electrical parts designed by Deco.

--The issues with the C-EPS or P-EPS are that because the motor is placed on the steering axis, the vibrations from the motor are directly transmitted to the steering wheel and driver’s steering inputs are not linearly communicated to tires. The R-EPS provides improved steering performance, however the use of a special hollow motor made the cost down difficult. DP-EPS was developed by incorporating the benefits of different EPS’s with a concept of “achieving the rack-assist steering feel with the cost of pinion-assist.”
