The universal part includes Motor Gearbox Unit(MGU),ECU and Wire harness.

Optional Accessories

Other customized accessories includes input Shaft Coupling (Can be machined to fit your handbar ), Output shaft Coupling (Can be split to allow fitment to your Manual steering unit), Bracket(can be use to fix MGU to vehicle frame)

Also available for all systems are a range of U-joint , Female Sleeve ,Steel Coupler,Spline Stub.

Signal Generating Unit (This allows the user to adjust the assisting power output  via a rotary position switch to meet the different drivers' requirements. It can ensure the best hand feeling and compatibility).

Appilicable vehicles

This system is a Professional Motorsport System designed specially for ATV.  This system helps driver steer for more comfort on rough terrain, ,especially when ATV is in 4-wheel full diff-lock.  It was proven to work well in other similar models，such as Snowmobile,Roadster，tractor and so on.

How it works

• The EPS system replaces the existing mechanical or hydraulic steering system.

• A motor and torque sensor are integreted in the Motor Gearbox Unit(MGU).

• The torque sensor monitors the amount of force applied by the driver.

• This signal is fed into the EPS ECU where the motor delivers the appropriate amount of assistance to power the steering rack.

• The vehicles speed is also sent to the ECU and combined with the force and direction signal.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, 
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
