PROPOSAL 1 .

FOR vehicles with mechanical steering 

Install EPS and ECU on the vehicle.ECU may communicate with the vehicle ECU to control the motor of EPS.Motor runs according to the signal of ECU and drives the steering system to steer automatically.

PROPOSAL 2. 

FOR vehicles with EPS

Add some parts on the original EPS of the vehicle,exchange the ECU.ECU controls the EPS to steer automatically after receiving the order from vehicle ECU

PROPOSAL 3.

FOR logistic vehicles with mechanical recirculating ball steering system

Install EPS on the column,remain the original steering .the EPS will receive the order from the vehicle's ECU and steer automatically

• Realize intelligent control: The intelligent steering system completely controls the steering of the steering wheel by instructions, and provides the basic configuration of steering for the realization of remote control or driverless functions, as well as the functions of vehicle active avoidance and automatic parking.

• Integration of multiple functions: Intelligent driving is compatible with two steering modes of unmanned driving and manual assistance. It can be selected by the user or the control terminal independently, and it can realize flexible switching between different modes.

• High control accuracy: The command response time of the unmanned mode is <50ms, and the steady-state accuracy of the angle control is <1 degree.

• Simple installation structure: The intelligent steering system realizes the integrated design of angle and torque sensors, single motor control, and the overall mechanical mechanism is very simple, occupying a small space and facilitating the design and installation of the vehicle.

• High safety: Control signals and working status information are transmitted through the car's dedicated bus. The working status of the system is monitored every 50ms. The signal transmission is safe and reliable, and the system operating status is monitored in real time. Once the system runs abnormally, it can immediately switch to manual driving mode, and the safety of the intelligent steering system is guaranteed.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, 
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
