DECO Receives Nearly CNY 100 Mn Series B+ Financing
Recently, China intelligent steering system provider, DECO announced the completion of nearly CNY 100 million in B+ round financing. This round of funds will be used to increase the production capacity of intelligent steering products, iterative implementation of Steer-by-Wire solutions, and the introduction of high-end talents in steering industry.
Founded in 2009, DECO focuses on the R&D and mass production of EPS systems and Steer-by-Wire solutions for various vehicles.
The intelligent steering system matrix of DECO includes vehicle-level EPS, EHPS, SBW and SBEH, which 100% covers all the mainstream vehicle models in the markets of passenger vehicles (A-B-C class), commercial vehicles, specialized vehicles, and autonomous driving vehicles.
DECO has been involved in the supply chain in dozens of mainstream OEMs and delivered more than 1.8 million sets of high-quality steering products for global customers.
DECO has more than 100 core patents on the R&D and manufacturing technique, etc., which ensure that the performance and quality of steering products benchmarks against the industry-leading enterprise while having obvious advantages in cost.
DECO is the first local Tier1 to develop and produce rack electric power steering (R-EPS) up to 16KN independently in China, which has been mass produced in light passenger vehicle model of leading commercial vehicle enterprise in 2022.
DECO has own software and hardware R&D team, which is capable of developing the whole industry chain of steering system, including ECU, PMSM, sensors and decelerating mechanism, and provides customized steering solutions for OEMs.
