DECO was awarded 2022 China New Energy Tech 50
In September 2022, DECO was awarded the “2022 China New Energy Tech 50” held by EqualOcean.
The "2022 China New Energy 50" covers companies from seven core sub-sectors, including power battery, smart grids, new energy vehicles & parts and so on. The organizer EqualOcean has received more than 200 high-quality candidates from active registration and partner institutions.
After nearly two months of discussion and scoring by analysts and industry experts, the 50 companies with the most growth and development potential in the field of new energy technology in China in 2022 were selected.
With the increasing penetration rate of new-energy vehicles and the strengthening of vehicle emission requirements, the assembly rate of EPS and SBW, which are more environmentally friendly and meet the expansion of intelligent driving functions, will continue to rise, and the traditional mechanical and hydraulic market will remain shrinking.
DECO is one of the first batch of companies studying intelligent driving steering products in China, aiming at the premium steering system market. DECO has started producing the ECU of steering system from 2001, and the EPS unit since 2009. In 2011, DECO has started the research on Chassis-by-Wire technology, owning rich accumulation.
In addition, DECO is also the first enterprise to systematically develop and improve the steering solutions for autonomous driving vehicles.
The R&D team of DECO has accumulated rich experience in low-speed scenarios from Robo-taxi, Robo-truck, autonomous cargo vehicles, and intelligent logistics such as Robo-bus and autonomous delivery vehicles, to closed scenarios such as ports, mines, airports, and parks. L2-L4 Steer-By-Wire system products of DECO have been mass produced or under research.
