Recirculating ball type electric power steering kit (RB-EPS) FOR Electric light truck

Applicable vehicles 

In 2015, we began to develop recirculating ball type electric power steering (RB-EPS). In 2017, we began to develop RB-EPS which can be applied upto 6 ton light truck. This products can be applied to :

•  Suitable for commercial vehicles with total weight lower than 6 tons.

Structure

How it works

• The EPS system replaces the existing steering system.

• A motor and torque sensor are integreted in the Reduction.

• The torque sensor monitors the amount of force applied by the driver.

• This signal is fed into the EPS ECU where the motor delivers the appropriate amount of assistance to power the steering rack.

• The vehicles speed is also sent to the ECU and combined with the force and direction signal. 

• Reduction device uses a series of recirculating balls on a worm shaft to transfer steering-wheel movement to tire and wheel movement.

• The steel balls within the reduction housing constantly recirculate within the guide paths.They move from one end of the ball nut through return guides to reenter the ball nut at the opposite end.The balls provide low-friction contact points between the worm gear and the internal grooves of the ball nut.

• The sector shaft (output shaft) of the recirculating-ball steering box uses a pitman arm for an output device.

--- No need for extensive after-sales maintenance on the hydraulic pipe system; 

--- Motor only work when turning steering wheel, saving energy; 

--- Assisting force output changes according to the vehicle speed. At low vehicle speed,high assisting power is offered to make the steering lighter; At high vehicle speed, low assisting power is offered to make the steering heavier and stable. 

--- No liquid leakage hazard, environmental protection.

--- Lower the cost. Do not need an extra motor to run the pump. Reduce the cost.

we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
