 Deco has over 180 employees. The structure of our team is shown in the following chart. 

Technical center locating in the factory have mechanical engineering team and hardware engineering team. There are 1 doctor and 7 masters working here. Projects are lead by senior engineers with over 5 years experience in EPS designing.

Deco also has a R&D center for software in the downtown area near two famous universities. There are 19 engineers working there, among whom 15 are masters. They are working in software designing and advanced control system for EPS of ADAS.
