BYD completed the sales target of 1,500,000 new energy vehicles ahead of schedule
According to the data released by BYD on December 2nd, sales of BYD new energy vehicles in November were 230,400, and the year-on-year growth is 152.63%, compared with 91,200 in the same period last year. So far, the cumulative sales of BYD have reached 1,628,300 units this year.
It means that BYD has already realized the annual sales target of 1,500,000 vehicles in advance, which was conservatively estimated at the beginning of this year. The sales of the whole year will be likely to exceed 1,800,000 vehicles, according to the monthly sales trend of BYD.
In the future, BYD will form a powerful brand matrix including BYD brand, Denza and Yangwang, to achieve the full range of coverage from economic to luxury, from the public to personalized.
BYD continues to make efforts in the overseas markets. Only in November, BYD has entered into partnership with local vehicle dealers in Mauritius, Morocco and Mexico. So far, BYD has entered many European countries, including Germany, France, and Norway.
In addition to cooperating with local vehicle dealers and direct exporting, BYD is actively promoting the investment and construction of factories overseas.
In mid-November, BYD Chairman Mr.Wang revealed the information of building a new factory in Brazil. “In the future, we will start the local production in Brazil, continue to expand the strategic layout in America, and introduce more new energy vehicles to America markets.”
